Skin as a Reflection of the Inner Health

Beauty comes from the inside. Skin reflects the general inner-health status. 

The connection between skincare and your overall well-being is very tight. A healthy lifestyle, a well-balanced diet, and adequate daily water consumption can promote healthy skin, reduce chronic inflammation, and help prevent early aging. 



Skin condition depends on:

·       Genetic factor. Good skin is partly due to our genes. But at the same time, we can do lots to keep our skin looking healthy and yang.

·       Internal factors, which represent chronological aging and affect the skin in the same pattern, affect all internal organs. 

·        External factors for skin condition and aging result from external factors, such as environmental influence, chronic sun exposure, pollution, smoking, sleep deprivation, poor nutrition, and stress.

Prevention is the best way to work against skin damage and aging effects. A well-regulated lifestyle, body care, a balanced nutritional and low-glycemic diet, physical exercise, and low stress are the best prevention strategies against unhealthy skin conditions.
